National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Educational Mentorship Visit

Prime British International College had the pleasure of hosting a delegation of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members for an impactful educational mentorship and community orientation session on campus.

The visit served as an enriching co-curricular forum where corps members shared valuable real-world experiences, career aspirations, and practical guidance with our secondary scholars.

Core Session Highlights

  • Academic Tenacity & Study Habits: Practical discussions on discipline, preparation for external examinations (WAEC, NECO, UTME), and overcoming scholastic challenges.
  • Career Pathways & Future Horizons: Exploring modern professional trajectories across STEM, Medicine, Commercial Finance, Law, Technology, and Creative Industries.
  • Civic Responsibility & Patriotism: Encouraging scholars to imbibe the ideals of national unity, community service, and ethical leadership in line with our school motto, *"Tradition for Excellence"*.
  • Interactive Peer Mentorship: Q&A breakout sessions where students engaged directly with university graduates serving their nation across various sectors.
  • "Engaging with young, dynamic graduates who are actively serving our nation inspires our scholars to dream bigger, work harder, and recognize the impact of disciplined education."* โ€” **Mr. Nwaneri Chinedu**, Principal of the College."
